In order for you to receive your package as quickly as possible, we process all orders within a few hours after receipt of payment - and hand over your package to our shipping partner DHL as quickly as possible. We ship with DHL GoGreen. DHL GoGreen pays special attention to avoiding and offsetting CO2 emissions that are caused everyday by the transportation industry. Delivery within Germany takes place from Monday to Friday. If you have selected standard shipping, you will receive your package with DHL within 2-3 business days.

Returns
Unopened and unused products can be sent back to us within 14 days. To raise awareness of delivery routes and minimise the number of returns, costs for sending products back to us have to be covered by the buyer.
Here is how you can return your products:
1. Please fill in and print the return receipt using this link. Add it to your package, thus helping us sort your shipment.
2. Please ensure that the products are securely packaged in order for them to reach us in good condition. To get a full refund, we require that the returned items are unused and in their original condition. We cannot refund items that arrive broken or used.
3. We recommend insured shipping in order to be able to track the return and be insured against loss or damage by the shipping company.
