What products are available at HEJ?
At HEJ ORGANIC, we develop natural care products that make your routine simple and effective. In our product selection, you will find everything you need for a complete care routine: cleansing products, peelings, toners, serums, creams and sun protection. In addition, we offer intensive care such as masks and add-on products with immediate effects that can individually complement your skin care routine.
How do I use your products?
Our products are designed to be easy and intuitive to use. You can find detailed application instructions directly on the product page of the selected product. This way you know exactly how to get the most out of your care.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are vegan. HEJ ORGANIC consciously uses sustainable formulations that are not only effective but also sustainable. With the natrue seal* we also confirm the natural cosmetics standard.
*The HEJ ORGANIC+ series is excluded because it contains specific ingredients that are not natrue-certifiable, but we are convinced of their effectiveness.
What is the best way to store the products?
Cosmetic products should ideally be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. To maintain product quality, avoid storing them near heat sources or in permanently damp areas such as the shower.
For a special kick of freshness, you can store sheet masks and eye patches in the fridge – perfect for revitalizing the skin.
How long do the products last?
After opening, you should adhere to the shelf life indicated according to the PAO symbol (Period After Opening symbol) to ensure safety and effectiveness.
The quality of cosmetic products is generally maintained as long as the products are unopened and stored under optimal conditions. If you have any further questions about the best-before date, you can contact our customer service with the batch number. You can find the batch number on every product.
My skin reacts to a product, what can I do?
The ingredients in our products have been tested for compatibility and approved in accordance with EU regulations. We are not aware of any side effects to date. However, each person reacts individually to products, which is why we cannot completely rule out intolerances or allergies. In such cases, we recommend that you stop using the product immediately. Intolerances are unfortunately unpredictable, but occur extremely rarely. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our customer service .
Does HEJ ORGANIC offer samples?
We are very happy that you want to try our products. Unfortunately, in the interest of sustainability, we have decided not to send samples. Unfortunately, sample sizes generate a lot of packaging waste, which we want to avoid as much as possible. In the shop, however, you can find some mini and travel sizes that you can order to test.
Can I use HEJ ORGANIC products during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Since we avoid synthetic ingredients such as retinol, mineral oils, silicones, monohydric alcohols, etc. and use 100% natural ingredients*, it is very likely that you and your baby will continue to tolerate our cosmetics well during your pregnancy. The ingredients just listed are the ones you should generally avoid. In general, however, the Naked series, along with the Sensitive series, are the safest for pregnancy, as we do not use any fragrances in the form of essential oils (Naked series) or only use essential oils with reduced allergens (Sensitive series).
*Excluded is the HEJ ORGANIC+ series - please note the ingredients/FAQs of the individual products.
In what order should the products be used?
Basically, the order of products should always be from water-soluble and thin (serums, gels, concentrates) to fat-soluble and thick (oils and creams).
However, you have to take individual differences in the "storage capacity" of the skin into account, because not everyone can absorb the same amount of products at the same time. If a product does not absorb even after a long wait, this is usually a sign that the skin was no longer able to absorb the product (completely). In this case, you should skip a step or reduce the amount of product slightly.
I need help choosing products. Which products are suitable for my skin?
We have developed care routines for different skin types and skin conditions. If you don't know your skin type, please use our skin advisor or find out more using the following links. There we explain the identifying features of combination skin, impure skin , dry skin , sensitive skin , mature skin and normal skin . If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our customer service .
How do I get the leftovers out of the glass bottle?
You can easily remove the remaining cream from the bottle using a cotton swab, for example, if you unscrew the pump head.

How long does shipping take?
As soon as your order has been received in full, it will be handed over to DHL within 3 working days.
From the moment the package is ready for dispatch and you receive the shipping confirmation by email, you can expect delivery as follows:
- Germany: 1–2 days*
- Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Poland: 3–5 days
- France, Belgium: 4–6 days
- Switzerland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom: 5-7 days**
- Outside Europe (United States): 10-14 days**
*Within Germany, shipping is via DHL GO Green or Warenpost. This means that in 95% of cases, your delivery will be delivered the next working day.
**Delivery time for customs clearance may vary depending on local carriers and customs processing time.

How much are the shipping costs?
We ship within 3 days of receiving your order (Mon-Fri).

Which shipping service provider will ship my order?
So that you can have your package in your hands as quickly as possible, we process all orders within a few hours of receipt of payment - and hand over your package to our shipping partner DHL as quickly as possible. We ship with DHL GoGreen or Deutsche Post.

How can I track my order?
As soon as we receive your payment, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. We will send you another email as soon as your order has been dispatched. This email contains a link that you can use to track your delivery at any time until it arrives at your home.
Is delivery to a packing station or post office possible?
Delivery to a Packstation or a post office is of course possible. Please make sure to include the PO box number so that your package can be delivered.

Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice from you?
As soon as we receive your payment, you will receive an email with the order confirmation.
I haven't received an order confirmation or shipping notification. What can I do?
If you have not received an order confirmation, please first check your other email folders. Check your spam folder in particular. Please also make sure that your inbox is not full, otherwise you will not be able to receive any emails. If you have accidentally entered an incorrect email address or cannot find the order confirmation despite entering it correctly, please contact our customer service .
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service directly. We will try to change or cancel your order in time. Please note, however, that we will try to prepare your package for shipping as quickly as possible. If your order has already been packed, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
Do I have to register as a customer in order to place an order?
You do not need to have a customer account with us to order. You can of course create a customer account when you place your order in order to be able to take advantage of the benefits.

I made a mistake in my information, how can I correct it?
Please contact our customer service immediately if the error concerns your address details. We will try to prepare your package for shipping as quickly as possible. If your order has already been packed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
In principle, you can revise your address details yourself in your customer account.
How can I redeem vouchers and discount codes?
Once you have selected your desired products and added them to your shopping cart, you can enter your promotional code in the "Discount code or voucher" field and then click "Apply".
PLEASE NOTE: If the promo code entered is not applicable, please check the terms and validity.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
A HEJ voucher is a great idea to make someone happy. Our digital gift vouchers are available for €10, €25, €50 and €100. Go to the HEJ ORGANIC gift voucher .
I have a general question about my order or a problem with the order, who can I contact?
Please contact us at help@hejorganic.com . We are available weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and will process your request as quickly as possible.
We're sorry if something went wrong with your order. If you received an incorrect item or a product was not delivered properly, please send photos.
How do I know if you have received my online order?
As soon as we receive your payment, you will receive an email with the order confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my order?
You can return unused goods to us within 14 days. In order to raise awareness of delivery routes and minimize the number of returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
This is how the return process works:
1. To ensure that your return is processed quickly, the first step is to write to our customer service at help@hejorganic.com to inform them about the return.
2. Pack the products securely so that they arrive in good condition. Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that you receive a full refund. We cannot refund items that arrive broken or used.
3. We recommend that you choose insured shipping so that you can track the return and are insured against loss or damage by the shipping service provider.

4. Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 working days using the payment method you used to make the purchase. You can find more information in our cancellation policy .

How do I create a customer account?
You can create your personal customer account at any time on your mobile via the menu under “Account” or in the browser via the customer account symbol in the top right-hand corner of the page. On the login page, simply click on “Create account”.
Alternatively, you can also create a customer account when you place your first order. As soon as your contact information is requested, you have the option of checking the box next to "Save my information and pay faster next time" and thus creating your customer account.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
In the login area you can reset your password using “Forgot your password?” You will then receive an email from us with a link to reset it. If you click on the link, a new page will open where you can choose your new password.
Please contact customer service if you continue to have problems resetting your password.

You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address using this link.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
In every newsletter you receive from us, you will find an unsubscribe button at the very bottom. To do this, scroll to the very end of a newsletter and click on the “unsubscribe” link.
