The Naked Pink Exfoliating Mask contains both AHA and BHA as a chemical fruit acid peel providing an effective exfoliating experience. The AHA complex affects the upper layers of the skin, while the salicylic acid penetrates deeper. Dead skin cells and excess sebum are gently removed thanks to its thorough cleanse. 3% AHA complex and 1% salicylic acid

Thanks to their exfoliating effect, my AHA and BHA fruit acids thoroughly remove dead skin cells and excess sebum from the skin. AHA acids affect the upper layers of the skin, while BHA acids reach the deeper skin layers to ensure an effective peeling result.

Glyceric acid and bisabolol

What is an exfoliating peeling?

An exfoliating peel refers to a chemical fruit acid peel, which, unlike coarse scrub peels, does not "scrub off" dead skin cells. Instead, it very gently loosens and removes these.

What is the difference between a fruit acid peel and an enzyme peel?

A fruit acid peel, similar to an enzyme peel, is considered a chemical peeling. Fruit acid peels contain acids that enter deep into the skin and thus exfoliate it. In contrast, enzyme peels contain protein molecules that are particularly mild, making them suitable for more sensitive skin types. Enzymes only affect the upper layer of the skin, whereas fruit acids also work deeper into the skin.
